Juice SSH is great for remotely managing Linux machines from your Android phone.

I use Juice all of the time for connecting to and managing my work VMs. I do wish it supported Nexus Imprint for logging into machines with appropriate SSh key pairs, if that's even possible. Anyways, it easy to use and allows for custom code snippets. If you need SSH from your phone, check this app out.
