Went digging for astronomy apps in Market again, and one called Astro Tools turned up. It's similar to the old Planetarium by Aho. But it does have the Telrad circles, and a better list of objects that anything else so far. I've been playing with it and while it isn't Astromist, it is really usable and a step in the right direction.
