one what is that red symbol that comes up when i go to type text in some locations?

and in settings i turn of haptic feedback but still when i use the touch button on the bottom of the phone i still get feedback

this is my questiosn for now im sure i will have more lol

should havnt much though coming from droid 1..the blur stuff is just throwing me off

The red symbol is for you to move the cursor to any location for editing. Press it with your finger, it will magnify the text and you move cursor. To my knowledge you cannot turn off the vibration on those buttons.

new question..on my original droid i was able to add phone numbers of people to my screens for one touch dialing only option i see on here is to add the contact as a whole not for one touch dialing...anyway to do this?

Long press on your home screen, then hit widgets, then hit contact quick tasks. For some reason, it wouldn't let me make it a 4x4 square, it work as a 1x2 rectangle, though.

thanks for the info..no other way of doing this specifically one that has smaller icons the widget is kind of big i would like to fit like 6-8 people on one screen like i did with the first droid

also is there anyway to edit the text messaging app get rid of the text bubbles maybe even make the font inside the text box bigger?

make the widget small where only the picture shows and you can fit sixteen on each page. when you tap them it pops up a screen and u have to tap call or text.
