Help Just got the Devour...need a little help.

I just got the Devour today, and I really like it, but there are a few things that I can't figure out how to fix.

First - I love having the phone synced to facebook and gmail and so on. The fact that these things are so integrated into the phone is perfect for me, because I use them a lot.

However, I hate the horrible beast of a contacts list I have now. A very large number of the people I'm friends with on facebook are just acquaintances who I don't even have phone numbers for (and more to the point, they don't have their numbers posted on their facebook profiles either). So it's not exactly useful to have hundreds of them cluttering up my contacts when I can't even call or text them; the list is too crowded to be functional. Is there any way to switch my contacts list back to just the simple old-fashioned phonebook, while still keeping facebook synced with my phone otherwise? I don't want to change anything but the phone's contacts list, and I'm not sure how to do that...


Second question - is there any way to set calls and notifications to two separate volumes? Like if I wanted notifications to be silent or vibrate only, but the incoming calls to sound a ring? I've been able to do this on every other phone, but I can't seem to figure it out with this one.

Well for the second Question i believe u can you a app called AudioManager Pro, It also comes with widgets so you can manage You Volumes quickly.

For the first question, open your phonebook using the little blue contacts button on the bottom right. Up top where it says "Contacts: All contacts" tap that and a list should come up. On the list tap "MOTOBLUR address book" and it will only show the contacts that you've added manually into your phone. What I do is go through and link my individual contacts with their facebook info so it still shows all of it. All you have to do is tap menu then link contact while you're on there contact info.

Or if you just want a list of all the actual phone number, both your's and facebook's, just long tap the screen bringing up the Add to Home screen menu, tap Folders, then Phone numbers and it will just give you all of the phone number on your homescreen.
