Just recieved replacement phone

I called T-Mobile a week ago about a broken G1. The phone got stuck in landscape mode. First it was intermittent then permanent. Even after a factory reset.

So After being told I would get a replacement till Dec. the phone came in today.

Busy downloading my apps and resynchronizing with Gmail.

So far they have great service in my opinion!

^no you have to send your old phone back just like how the new one came(without sim/sd card/battery/backcover)

but they make it very easy! and depending on your rep, mine sent mine for free over night shipping : )

but they should send for free, they usually try to send you a battery first, then they send you the phone.

OP did u get a 3.5mm headphone adapter?

Got the 3.5 mm adapter. Kinda nice.

The rep put the price of the new phone on my account to 'motivate' me in to returning the old one. But all in all pretty painless.
