Just traded for an Incredible

I traded my Storm 2 for an Incredible and I have a few questions. I charged the phone over night and unplugged it this morning. After about 10 min, I lost one bar on the battery,is that typical? I am used to my Storm as far as closing apps and I'm not sure how to do it on this phone. I checked the battery life in the options settings and it says 96% of the battery is being used by the Droid system, is that normal? also, I am not getting all of my emails. I created a Gmail account and forwarded my Yahoo and Comcast accounts to the Gmail account. I did only set up the Gmail account on the phone though, is that right or should I set up the Comcast and Yahoo accounts also? Thanks for any info.

Battery life: you'll have to get used to it. The Incredible has a much faster processor, a much better screen, and just all around more powerful hardware than the Storm 2. It's a different league entirely. Naturally, this consumes more power.

You don't need to close apps. They may idle in the background, but unless it's a badly coded app--exception to the rule--they don't drain battery. Android memory management is much, much, much better than the BB OS'.

No, 96% being used by the system isn't normal unless you had just unplugged it and had been playing with it the whole time since then. Normally you will want "phone idle" to be at the top unless you are using your phone quite a lot.
