my JVC LT-32N630S (32" smart led android tv) stopped working suddenly. It powers on, JVC logo appears then 'smart tv' (loading) screen appears and freezes there forever. The home screen never comes, nothing works. How can I reset or update to bring it back to normal??? Please help. Thanks.
