K-9 email client: newbie questions

I just downlaod the K-9 email client on my Droid Incredible. Looks like a great app. I'm trying to understand all the options so I have some questions:

1. Is there a users manual/guide?
2. When I start the app, is there a way to go directly to my default account inbox rather than having to select it from the list of accounts. Which now shows: Integrated Inbox, All messages an my only account
3. When I go to my account, it shows my message and then a selection for "Load up to 25 more". This item is annoying. Since I have it polling for new email every 5 mintues, I will rarely get more than the 25. It covers part of the last message in the inbox. Can I get set it to now include this item to download more?

1. there is a wiki on their website and a google group.
2. You can set it to go to the account list or the integrated inbox
3. I don't think so.

on a side note, what email service are you using? If supported, using push instead of poll will save you a lot of juice (and get your messages much sooner.)

How do you use push instead of poll?? How do I know if my email service supports this?
