k-9 email notifications

Until google resolves the gmail notification issue with the latest release i'm moving on to other clients. Unfortunately I need a client that will allow me to setup different notifications for different labels or specific contacts. Does k-9 allow this? I have installed it, but not found the setting?

K-9 cannot do it. AFAIK Maildroid is the only client that can.
