I'm trying out k-9 as stock email app on GalaxyS5 won 't delete messages on server.
I quite like it but have a couple of issues.
First I can only get to the main inbox. I have many folders I move emails to, out of the inbox, I can't get to see them.
I have tried setting 2nd class folders, whatever that means, but no joy.
Can k-9 do it?
Secondly, I am trying to get it to sync only when I have the phone itself set to sync. It seems to poll regardless of the phones sync setting or be disabled needing a manual sync. Hopefully this is an operator error and I haven't found right settings?
To explain, I rarely have the phone set to sync. But when I do, up pops Gmail with new messagessince last sync. That's how I want k9 to behave.
