K-9 & Hotmail Folders

i am trying K-9 with hotmail but i'm not getting any folders to show up besides the inbox. i selected show all folders too. also, i have a paid account with hotmail but it still doesn't erase from server or show as read. i know all the issues with hotmail syncing but i was hoping the paid account might help. any ideas for the folders?

I have the exact same issue with my ATrix phone.
I'm currently searching a solution to get it work.

I have an IMAP (not hotmail) account and folders work perfect !!! I can see them, browse and read my e-mail inside them.

I'm still searching. If I find something, I will post.

Here is the answer:
It seems that POP3 account can't access folders. That seems to be related to POP3 protocol.

Yup. No folder support with POP. If you want your Hotmail folders you need to set it up with ActiveSync.
