K1 for a Sony Tablet S

Does anyone have any thoughts about this trade that I was offered? Even trade of a Sony Tablet S for a Lenovo Ideapad K1. Would you do this?

Well I would see if Sony is going to rollout ICS for the tablet. I think as of now or very soon there will be a vanilla ICS upgrade for the K1. I don't really have any experience with the Sony tablets, aside from playing around with one at my local Fry's, but I do like that form factor.

I've had nothing but trouble with my K1, so at this point I would take what I could get for it.

Sony tablets are probably more expensive than lenovo's, but more cooler looks

I think Sony stuffs are usually more luxury than others
that's mean higher cost too
