k9, 1and1 email and IMAP folder question...

I use k9 mail and access my 1and1 email account via IMAP. The push works great.

However, I added some folders to my email account that aren't showing up in K9. I thought I changed the folder settings on my account properly to get them.

Does anyone know the particular setting(s) to make this work?
