K9 E-mail help

I am looking for someone who knows allot about K9 and using on exchange servers. I am so tired of it not deleating mail on my server and have a big problem with it taking forever to get messages. The original cleint I had from HTC worked great with no problems but I was forced to go to this to use e-mail templates.

So you want k9 to delete email from your actual server account when you delete it from your phone? That's a setting within the app. It should be located: account settings - fetching mail.

Also, I find exchange support to be lacking on most email apps. K9 is no exception. I use imap if at all possible regardless of it being an exchange account or not. My work email and personal gmail accounts are tired into k9 through imap. I'm quite fond of this setup at this point.

The default HTC mail application should handle Exchange well (it does on my Evo). K9/Kaiten Mail (which I use for regular IMAP) does not. On my tablet I use Touchdown. I was not able to get Kaiten to do Exchange properly.

The default htc client does handle the exchange system well, unfortunately I work with a company that receives automated e-mails from our parent company that we must respond to in a timely to stop a clock and show we are responding to the customers needs. I was informed that K9 was the only app that would active the clock stoppage on android systems. If I remember correctly BB is the only phone that will activate the stop clock for them without additional programs.
