Can't have public servants helping the public.

Longtime court employee fired for offering advice - Local News - Kansas City, MO | NBC News

"A Kansas City man freed from prison three decades after being wrongfully convicted of rape considers Sharon Snyder his "angel" for giving him a public document that showed him how to properly seek DNA tests. A Jackson County Circuit judge considers the 34-year court employee an insubordinate for offering legal advice and being too chatty about courthouse matters"

Interesting. They could have at least let her resign or suspended her for some time and let her retire since she was going to in March.

Maybe it's a state law or a judge's decision but there was a case, back in May, in Illinois were two judges was getting high with cocaine & heroin and one overdosed on the cocaine. They let the one who survived resign.

I guess helping someone wrongly convicted is worse then judges getting high on illegal drugs! Go figure!

Jackson County Circuit Judge David Byrn had twice denied the DNA test, but once the proper verbiage was used, i.e. a copy of a motion filed in a different case in which the judge sustained a DNA request, which was a public document was used, then DNA request was approved.

The wrong person was fired.
