Help keep display on when plugged in?

noiddroid

Lurker
I can't seem to find in the settings anywhere how to do this: I want to keep the display on whenever I am plugged in and getting power via USB on the Galaxy S. It is especially important since I have to type in a password each time to access the screen due to my work email security requirements (it's almost not worth it).
Thanks

Well, it's 2011 now, and the HTC Inspire still has this in the same "intuitive" place. Love the phone, but this kind of stuff kills the joy a bit. At any rate, thanks for the helpful answer.

Thanks and I agree. They sure could make it more intuitive. For example, having this option in the Display settings would make logical sense. But hey, we are talking about logic and we all know how it works...

You can have it right on your home screen using Widgetsoid app from market, which allows you to make your own widgets. For example you can make a widget to quickly turn on/off the Stay Awake, Tethering and so on.
