Help keep getting error message"couldn't install on USB or sdcard"

I keep getting the error message on my Zeki TBQG855B and Zeki TBQC1063B. I have tried everything. There is plenty of room on both as they are new. I had the game on one of the tablets and worked fine until a new update came along. Now I can't download it so I unstalled it tried loading it again and keep getting error message. Tried loading it on my other one get same message. Please help. Thanks!

if you go to settings-> storage -> unmount SD card
then install the app
then mount SD card again.
