Help Keep getting "Low on space" message

Today i got the low on space message and when i saw that i really was low on space, so i deleted a couple of things, looked in settings and saw that my memory was now 1.2gb. But the message keeps coming up despite deleting these things, anyone know how to fix this?
 
application save to the phone memory try deleting the Cache and history of things and deleting come unused apps
