Keep losing data

I have a T-Mobile branded S4 and it keeps losing it's data signal. Mostly happens when switching from Wi-Fi but will sometimes happen when not coming off Wi-Fi. Usually restarting or doing a network search fixes it but it's annoying to have to keep doing t at. Does anyone know of a solution?

Are the settings correct? (APN settings) I forgot if the S4 had the smart switch option where it will try to connect to a wifi if the signal seems better than Metros signal...

Just checked them sorry been busy this is what I got.
