Hello
Over all I am quite happy with Keeper. Sync works good enough. Having to enter a ip number is strange but it works fine. Sync of deleted entries has been fixed in 2.5.
I also managed to import all my passwords from HandySave which I used before. Note that Keeper has only only one import format so I had to convert the HandySave export. A scriptable Editor like GVim is helpful here. And you only do it once.
Feature wise Keeper is the bare minimum, folders, three entry fields and a note field. The only extra is the random password generator - which is very helpful and I use it a lot.
One might say: good enough for a free application. Only Keeper is not free. The desktop counterpart cost the money and on a subscription basis. One has to consider well if Keeper is worth the recurring charge. But note that the competition I know of also cost about $30 for a fully working desktop / mobile sync set-up. And they will charge you for ?mayor? updates. And for example SplashID is quite liberal in calling a bug-fix a ?mayor? version for improved cash flow. So consider well.
And without the desktop counterpart? Well there are dozens of gratis password managers without desktop sync which do more.
