Keeper Password & Data Vault

Hi Folks,

I have been a long-time user of Keeper for storing passwords. For the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to perform a backup using WiFi to the Keeper cloud service. My wife is also experiencing the same problem. Between us, we each have a Nexus 5 and my wife also has a Nexus 7.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same problem.

You mean Internet sync to the cloud while your device is on wifi?... and not Wifi sync ("sync your keeper records with your computer over wifi")
What version is your Keeper App? (mine is 8.1.1-147)

Hi Mike,

Yes, the internet sync to Keeper's cloud while a device is on WiFi is where we have a problem. I am running 8.1.3-149. I have been in touch with Keeper Security numerous times during the last two weeks. But it is like climbing Mount Everest.

As you are obviously a Keeper user, are you having any problems?

Yes, I have been running Keeper for a couple years and love it
I've really had no issues and when I do, I live chat with them...is that the way you contact them, or is it by email?


Edit: just got the app updated to 8.1.3-149 today I'll try it tonight when on wifi at home.
