keeps turning off

[Android Question]

so i got a new phone yesterday, and it keeps turning off for no reason what so ever. I factory restored it like 3 times and nothing i took it too Samsung they rebooted the software was good for a couple hours and now its back to what it was doing before. The carrier is Fido.

If this is a new phone with no apps installed, it sounds like a hardware issue. I'd request your carrier to replace the device.
