I have looked all over the place. Here in the forums, online, user manuals, etc...

What I am looking for: When I am texting, I see above the "A" key is an alt symbol that looks like an arrow pointing to the right with a verticle line.

It appears to be an ALT-function of some sort. What is it? What does it do?

Ok FX. You're a goober. If you'd just look at a regular computer keyboard, you'd see that it is the TAB key.
