Keyboard-centric launcher?

I'm looking for a launcher that always has the keyboard activated.

Typing brings up a list of matches. At any point, you can touch a match. Touching the enter key launches the top match. Ideally, there would also be a bar of preselected frequently used apps.

I've been unable to find something like this so far. Anyone know of something?

I use Nove Launcher's App Search Icon from the home screen.

It basically does what the OP mentioned.
