Help Keyboard deletes wrong thing

Has anyone else found this extremely annoying setting?

I have encountered some obscure setting on my N10. Let's say I have a 5-word sentence typed out but I just made a misspelling. I go hit the backspace button and instead of deleting the last character, it will erase the FIRST FOUR WORDS. I cannot begin to express how frustrated this makes me!

The keyboard will delete the last thing it autocorrected. If you typed a couple of words with out spaces and it added them for you, it will delete all of that as that was the last autocorrected thing...

OK, thanks for that. I will try turning auto-correct off and see what happens. Anybody else's input would be welcome too.

BTW, that's a REALLY dumb thing. How in the world did you figure that out? You must have really studied it or you worked on making it.

What genius thought that was useful??!! The delete button is supposed to do ONE thing and ONE thing only; delete what's behind it, and one character at a time. Is this some stupid thing that Apple dreamed up and Samsung has adopted it?

When I type several words correctly, but without spaces, then his space so it auto corrects, then hit delete, it deletes only the spaces it inserted.

I don't think that explanation could explain what you have. What you have sounds crazy go nuts.
