keyboard gone

My wife has a on5. Recently she lost her keyboard. Cant type anything by text, facebook, etc. Tried turning off/on, and clearing cashe. Nothing. She has emoji available but no keyboard. What gives? She is low on storage-does this cause a missing keyboard problem?

Go to settings/language and input/default keyboard. There you should be able to select a keyboard to use. If for whatever reasons there is no keyboard to select from, then you should download any keyboard from the play store.

I've had instances where I ran out of space, but that never affected the keyboard.
