I just switched over to the V20 last night & while I'm getting used to it I've noticed that I dont have a way to set up "hot keys/quick keys" on this phone. Like where I can assign certain phrases or links to each number then when I hold down that number on the keyboard it would appear in the text. It's something I used multiple times a day. I didn't know if the V20 even has that capability or if I'm simply overlooking it.
