keyboard issue

Hi there I'm chef raul in dallas and the problem is that my huawei835's keyboard doesn't want to turn horizontally any more. How can i fix it ? thanx.

That maybe a feature in your setting, have you checked in your device forum, I am sure someone there will have the proper answer for you, I could not find the I model but you can check here and see, Huawei M835 good luck

If applicable, try this step: settings>sound and display> make sure "Orientation or whatever it's called" box is checked.
