Help Keyboard issue

The last few weeks when I type certain letters like e I will get multiples showing. The phone had been locking up and acting strange so I performed a factory reset which fixed the locking up but the keyboard issue is still present.

Switched different keyboards but it has no effect.

Any ideas?

Funny thing is the issue isn't present in portrait just landscape.
