Hi Friends,
My buddies screen is cracked or broken, I can´t remember and can´t login. He can´t do a factory reset (I guess he didn´t back-up his files) and he doesn´t have ADB enabled. He is trying to unlock his phone to get his files. Any suggestions as to why he can´t get it?
