Keyboard shortcut to apparently?

I just switched to the Mesmerize from the HTC Merge which has a hardware keyboard. I got rather used to the shortcut key that I used to launch a copy/paste apparently full of custom information such as emails, URLs, addresses, etc. Now my new phone's soft keyboard doesn't have that key. I use smart keyboard pro, but it doesn't have one either. Is there a built in hotkey I can use? Or a different keyboard/copy paste apparently I should use?

I'm not really sure what you're asking for.

The hotkey you were using on the merge provided a pop-up with app shortcuts?

I can't remember on the stock keyboard, but on Swiftkey X, long pressing in any text field provides a pop up menu of options. Most of the time it is of the "cut/paste/select all" variety, but there are other times, depending on the app you are using, where it provides more options.
