So yesterday my keyboard stopping working on my prime. To be fair, it still charges, I just can't type with it and because I can't hit the stupid mouse/no mouse button, I can't use the track pad either (I assume it still works, but I had it in the off position when it when out on me)
Anyway, I would normally just send it in and have them fix it, but months ago the serial number fell off when I was wiping it down with a cloth. Is there another way to find the S/N (assuming they would still fix it) and if not does anyone have any ideas that don't include shelling out 150 for a new one?
