Keypad failure

some of the keypad on my Dell at&t now fails and will not show if pressed. Can you advise on what to do?

Hi Afolabi and welcome to Android Forums. A hard reset of your phone might fix your problem (removing battery for a few minutes) However, it might be a hardware problem.
