keypad not displaying

idea smartphone whiz
model no.: alcatel one touch992D
i just tried new apps wireless keyboard it just connects to pc and you can operate your mobile with pc .After i disconnected with pc i'm not getting keypad in mobile to type text. if you have solution plz reply it
