keys 'return', 'menu', 'home' and 'search' don't work anymore

hello, I'm typing from brazil.

I've bought a smartphone Huawei Ideos U8150 black. Now I have a

problem: suddenly the phone keys 'return', 'menu', 'home' and

'search' don't work anymore. they just stopped working!
