Help Kies 3 won't port my info?

I spend time between two locations with two computers and software. I take my Outlook files with me. Is there a way to take my Kies 3 files so that syncing can continue unhampered? Currently, I have to wipe all of the files on my Verizon Samsung S3 and start over after initializing the Kies 3 data in order to sync my Outlook files when I arrive at a new location.

Update: I was on the phone ... again ... with Samsung about this issue about a month ago. They saw the problem first hand. They said they would research it and get back to me. Dead silence since then. They make good hardware, but their software sucks! I am going to begin researching Windows phones. Maybe when the next release of Windows comes out tying their PCs and phones together ...?
