Help Kies auto downloaded firmware, but not updating

Hi,

Yesterday I noticed a notification that new firmware was available, and I went to kies to upgrade. But the interface keeps telling me that I have the latest version.

I went to the auto-download settings and i can see:
GT-I9300 The latest firmware has been auto-download...

I'm not sure what's going on

Got exactly the same issue with my SGS3 on 4.04 - Don't know why.
