Running a stock S3 on VZW that was recently upgraded OTA to Android 4.1.1. Tried running Kies today and that updated as well. Kies says my phone is not supported by Kies 2.0 (through usb). I also tried Kies Air and the page just keeps loading but never getting to a screen I can use. Any ideas?
On a side note, what is the main advantage of using Kies? I know it can be used to back up things and firmware updates but the updates I use OTA's.
