kies slow

[Android Question]

I plugged in my phone to Kies and i tried adding music to my device but it keeps saying device is being processed, but it goes on for a while. what can i do to fix this?

This is similar to saying, "my check engine light is on and my gas mileage is down, what is the cause?" Extremely hard to diagnose.
