Help Kies -Sync issue duplicate multiple contacts

I just read another thread . Is it true that Kies does not support Outlook 2010?
It sometimes works but it randomly adds duplicates or 10s and 10s of duplicates to random contacts or random contacts within certain companies.
I want to sync but not add dups. sometimes i will add a new contact direct on the phone and in outlook contacts.

I really like the Samsung phone, hate the software.

Honestly I'm not too sure as I don't have have much experience using kies. I'll move this to our main gs3 forum and hopefully someone will know.

Hi Tony,

I've got the same problem and I'm on Outlook 2007. I've spent more time trying to delete duplicates from the damn phone and restore contacts that Kies has deleted from Outlook than I would do if I copied them manually. Infuriating!

for me Kies works very good. I wrote a short description how to configure Kies and use Kies to sync your S3 with Outlook. For me KIES works perfect.
