Kies - the application failed to intialize properly (0x0000135

Hello,

I formated my system recently and tried to install Kies but after installing it am getting error as "the application failed to intialize properly (0x0000135)" but it used to work proprely before formating the system may I know what is the issue going on.

I got solution for this issue I installed Net Framework verion 4.
