Help Kingo root stuck 40% what to do?

I try to root my samsung Galaxy s3 but it is stuck on 40% and it says 'waiting for device'
but left bottom there stands 'connected' so, what should i do, will it break my phone if i close it?

It won't hurt anything. Easier to flash a custom recovery and SuperSU zip. Post your model number and Android version and someone will help you.
