Kiosk Mode and Installing Apps

Hey,

I have an android tablet and I have placed into kiosk mode, my question is as follows: Is it possible to force install apps onto the said tablet? Taking it out of kiosk mode would be an inconvenience.

Looking forward to hearing any possible solutions!

"kiosk mode" on a tablet? That sounds like one of those JPay prison tablets in the US. From what I've read on AF, it has to be synced with a JPay kiosk, and those are only found in a jail. Apparently you can send it off to JPay, and they'll unlock it for a fee.
