KitKat HAS to be the worst "upgrade" ever

I don't think my problem is with the S5. I think it's the KitKat OS.
Apps are overlapping. Stuff that worked before KitKat don't work.

It HAS to be the OS.

I am so disappointed. Words can't properly express it.
 
Sure.

I have a program called Blink LED. It was working fine.
I wasn't able to get visual voicemail to work. Finally I got it to work if I turned off WiFi.
But then Blink LED quit working, immediately.

I use GoSMS. It was working OK. Then I went to create a custom sound for a single contact. It repeats non stop instead of only playing one time.

These are all things that were working fine on my S3, that isn't running KitKat.

Also, the alarm clock allowed me to snooze the alarm with a voice command. Even though hands free wasn't selected.
The S5 won't do this no matter how many different ways I approach it.

This KitKat and S5 combination is a clusterfrack.
 
I found that lately (maybe the last 6 or 7 updates ) with GoSMS .. i would have to go and re-establish the individual ringer for special contacts after every app update.
 
Rebooting may fix this issue; since one of my old galaxy s3 did the same thing that i have robooted and that fixes this issue. But my s5 works well after the update too.
