Kocaso M1050S Tablet

I am having problems getting my Kocaso M1050S Tablet to move apps to the SD Card. It says the card has 29.71 GB available, but every time I try to move an app, it gives me the error 'couldn't move app'. Any ideas?? It's saying the card is mounted.
