Purchased at Amazon in the USA. A bit confusing to know exactly which model one has, as it seems there are two 13 inch tablets from Kocaso (GX 1400 and M 1400). A couple of sites list both as different units (different CPU, etc) - but I think they might be same now. Mine says M1400 on the back and has the word "Model" spelled as "Modle"... 
Had to first install the generic ADB android drivers. Then used TPSparkRoot.bat and followed the instructions. TPS didn't install SuperSU automatically for some reason but it can be downloaded from the Play Store.
Unit works well with CWM, Titanium and many root apps.
