Hi,

I just bought this unit as my first tablet. The touch screen is so sensitive that the keyboard is unusable. When I ask for an app and install it, it thinks it's installed, but it does not appear on the desktop.

I'm thinking about returning it, but thought someone here might know something about the unit.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that tablet. I don't want to say to return it but if you feel it's defective and you still have the opportunity to return it...I would say it would be a good idea.
