hi , i have the : kt tech KM-S220, equipped with Android 2.3 （Gingerbread） OS and 1.5GHz dual core CPU

i want to know if it's possible to install : Android 4.1, Jelly Bean
if possible , can anyone send me some tutorials to do it .

I'll have to say, it's unlikely there's going to be a 4.1 JB upgrade for this phone. KT Tech seems to an almost unknown Korean manufacturer. There's very little information on their website at all, either in Korean or English.

Yes, which would be either as a OTA download via the update options on your phone, or a direct download from KT Tech's website. And there's probably not much chance of either.

The ROMs for other devices. Well they're made for other devices, each one is different and customised for that device. With community developed ROMs, like CyanogenMod, they're nearly always for the popular and well known phones, like the Samsung Galaxy series.

i've succeffuly installed : 4.0.4 version from the kt tech software ( korean language only ) i will try to share here all the process later : upadte + root in english .
