Help Kyocera-Rise: Black screen but audio works!

Dropped in sink of clean water for seconds. I Dried it off and placed it in a container of rice for 2wks.
Now the screen doesnt come on but the audio part works fine. I Please advise.

Could require a new screen by the sounds of it. May have to look at eBay or Chinese sites for that.
