In Jacksonville Florida the speeds for both the Hydro and Xprt have been absolutely horrible. My wife does not want to change for nothing in the world lol carriers anyhow. She has the shrinkage that shrunk from 55$ to 40-45$. I mean are the speeds that slow for real 3-5 minutes or more for a 10mb file? Is there a faster 3g plan? If we did decide to switch to 4g when we can get her another phone is the 4G gonna be bad also? Any info would be awesome cause she has been dealing with this for quote sometime. Thanks in advance!!

Boost doesn't have 3G or 4G plans, if you have a 4G phone you'll get 4G if it's available.
Their coverage map says Boost has 4G in Jacksonville, but reception and speeds are different in every city so your best bet is to ask others in Jacksonville if someone from your city doesn't respond here.
